Work
I’ve always been an operator; I run a handful of businesses that mostly run themselves, and I’ve spent the last decade helping other founders do the same with theirs. My main focus now is RUN-OPS. I work with founders who feel stuck in the weeds of their own success. I help untangle messy operations, redesign broken workflows, and set up systems that give people back their time, clarity, and freedom.
Family
I grew up in Bali but I’m originally from New Zealand, and these days I live back in Bali with my wife, son and newly born baby girl. Living here, where inefficiency is part of everyday life, is what sparked my obsession with building smoother systems.Come say hello if you're on the island 🙂

Journey

Early Hustles
My first taste of business came at 12 years old, selling packets of nasi campur at school. At 14, I built a small library for the local community. I became the youngest Rotary Club President in the country. Those early hustles taught me how to create something from nothing and sparked the curiosity that’s guided me ever since.

Transformation
After leaving school I lost 45kg. It wasn’t just about health: it was proof that big change is possible with focus and consistency. That mindset has carried into every venture since.

Music Years
By 16, I was a resident DJ at a local club. Soon after, I signed with record labels and released music internationally. What started as teenage fun became my first lesson in turning passion into a profession. I was even invited to speak at the International Music Summit in Shanghai, sharing the stage with industry leaders. These days, my DJ career consists of playing to a massive crowed of one, in my beautiful home office 😆 Sometimes I create custom playlists for some of the island's hottest restaurants.

Ventures & Deals
I sold $3.2M worth of real estate and later raised $20M in private and venture capital for crypto projects. I also bootstrapped my first startup at 21—it failed, but the lessons I took from that failure are what shaped the way I build and operate businesses today. One of the businesses I did get right was Siberian Kiwi; a brand I built from scratch into a profitable, systemized company that has 8,000 customers and growing. I also dabbled in real estate as well.

Now
I’ve since served as COO four times, helping 50+ companies across 18 different industries scale through clearer operations and stronger systems.Today, I 'RUN-OPS' by helping founders untangle messy operations, ultimately squeezing more top and bottomline performance out of the business. For example, I helped triple my clients sales in just 6 months. Feel free to check out some of my reviews.
